Prepare the firm’s monthly management accounts.
Monitoring of the firm’s FRR status and ensure compliance with SFC FRR policies/rules.
Assist the Parent Company in preparation of consolidated accounts.
Prepare and monitor annual budget and expenses.
Coordinate with firm’s auditor in the preparation of the firm’s annual audit.
Process office invoices and expenses.
Handle company secretarial matters.
Handle general office administration duties including IT coordination.
Monitoring and maintenance of the firm’s business licenses, fees and registrations as well as insurance coverage.
Maintain workspace in good order and condition.
Liaise with building management/landlord for any on-premise issues.
Support ad hoc assignments when required.
Manage employee payroll, expense claims, MPF, employer's return, visa application, medical scheme and employee insurance.
Develop and maintain HR and office admin policies and procedural manuals.
Manage annual performance appraisal.
Assist in the talent acquisition process for interns, part/full-time employees (e.g. arranging job posting with job portals/recruiters, CV screening, coordination of interviews, employment contracts and onboarding).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Human Resources Management or a related discipline is preferred.
5 years of relevant experience including solid accounting experience.
Self-motivated, high flexibility, detailed-oriented, mature, good communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Mandarin language skills are essential for this role.
